"The property has a beautiful setting, we enjoyed the deck overlooking the ocean and pier. The unit was clean and recently updated. Kitchen equipment was plentiful. Great layout for our kids and grandkids to spread out. Some beach chairs in garage but no sun umbrella, sand toys or beach towels. Overall a great week. "

"We stayed in an oceanfront townhouse and it was wonderful. We sat on the 2nd floor terrace much of the time watching the waves, the surfers, and people walking by. We had plenty of space for 6 adults and a teenager. Coastal Vacations makes booking our vacation easy. The property was clean and well stocked for our week at the beach. Just bring your beach towels and walking shoes and you are set. We love Pismo Shores because everything is within walking distance. Restaurants, the Pier, the beach, the shops. It’s wonderful. "

Upon arrival The property management made a call to confirm that the condo was ready for us and we were immediately able to go to the 125 Pismo Shore Property! The Condo was very clean and well prepared foe my family! Our week at the condo was lovely ...we enjoyed lovely restaurants, home cooked meals and wonderful weather! Such a great week and we look forward to our week there next year! I’d like to thank the property management group as they were wonderful to work with!"

"This condo has the most breathtaking views with 2 decks. A great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and a cocktail at night. The inside of the condo was outdated and needs a face-lift. "

"We had a wonderful stay recently in #125. The condo is oceanfront with easy access to the beach and also is within walking distance to town which has many restaurants and shopping opportunities. The condo was clean and well maintained. "

"We have stayed at Pismo Shores for the last 10 years. Usually we stay with family and have stayed here in 125 several years ago. This time with friends we had a blast in unit 125. It is clean and stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies. The kitchen table was a perfect size for all 8 of us for meals and nightly cards games. The BBQ is in excellent condition and the patio table is perfect for outdoor breakfast to enjoy the amazing view. We love the complex and pool house. The beds were extremely comfortable which has not been the case in other units we have stayed in. This was are second week in Pismo Shores this summer and though 125 has not been remodeled much in the last ten years from our previous stays, we loved it. The master shower was updated and the removal of the upper kitchen cabinets opened up the space from our last stay 8 years ago. Kitchen appliances work and the refrigerator is roomy. There were a few minor fixes that I addressed upon check out, slow drain in guest shower/tub, microwave vent was duct taped. Other than that, we love 125 and look forward to our stay next year! "

"Wonderful week in Pismo! We’ve enjoyed 125 Pismo Shores for close to 20 years and plan to continue. Our week there was fun filled with family at at our favorite place on Central California’s beautiful coast! We enjoy sitting on the deck watching family on the beach or simply enjoying the weather and beauty of the ocean. God willing our family will join here for many, many more years to come!"

"Enjoyed the condo which is beachfront! Had everything we needed/wanted! That was particularly important for the kitchen set up because we were cooking and eating almost every meal there. Between the pandemic and unmasked crowds in town and the smoke drifting in and out over our weeks stay, we spent almost all our time in the condo and out on the deck, with a daily beach walk. "

"Great property. The vertical blinds in several rooms were in terrible shape and falling apart. Made it really difficult to open and close sliding doors, etc. Many of them had broken and fallen off and were laying in the floors around the doors. That is really my only complaint. Otherwise very nice rental and very comfortable."

"This was our third year at 125 Pismo Shores. The condo was in very good condition as in the past. Some upgrades were completed from the prior year. The location is awesome. The beach is outside your windows and most Pismo shops, eateries, etc. are within walking distance. Our last morning was blessed with watching whales from the balcony!! We will be back next year :). "A perfect spot for any group! We recently stayed with 4 adults, a teenager, and 4 boys 3 and under. The location and proximity to the beach can't be beat. The two large patios, (one upper one lower, both accessible from downstairs) were the perfect spot to watch the sunset each day. The bedrooms were all very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked for cooking and the family area included lots of games and movies. We were having such a great time, we extended our stay by 3 nights and the management was very helpful in making it happen! We can't wait to return next year!"

"We had a family reunion of 16 people. Only 7 stayed at the condo, but we had group dinners there, played games, enjoyed the beach and surroundings. This place is well equipped for cooking (we made gourmet dinners and desserts) and had plenty of dishes, silverware, and appliances. Beds were comfortable, everyone slept well. We grilled, enjoyed hanging out on the decks. Nice place to stay. "

"This was our second summer staying in this condo. Overall, it was a WONDERFUL stay. Great location. A few things that could have been better...Two of the DVD players did not work...skylight full of cobwebs...a few of the kitchen drawers needed a good cleaning. Other than that, it was as awesome as our first stay. We have already booked it for 2015!! The management personnel were extremely friendly and professional."

"Condo location was PERFECT. Nothing between the condo and ocean except sand!! Floor plan was nice. With open windows you could hear the ocean from the master bedroom, kitchen, and living room. Hardwood floors looked clean but bare feet ended up black on the bottom. Living room sectional was very saggy. Kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and cooking pots. Plenty of towels in bathrooms. New washer and dryer. Beds were pretty comfortable. Pool and spa area very clean. Some things could have been better but overall I would GLADLY return to this condo."

"Overall we are always pleased with our stay at Pismo Shores. We were satisfied with the amenities and quality of furniture at this particular condo, but we did find that the hard wood floors were quite dirty upon arrival. The children's feet were black within minutes of walking on the floor. "

"Condo does need some upgrades. Beds/mattresses in need of replacement. Furniture and look need updating. Comfort not looks."
