Great spot

"Great little condo. People watching is great. Kitchen well stocked, living room right off patio and ocean view. Upstairs bedrooms are nice, master shower is great. Would be five stars, HOA needs to limit trash and Gardner’s to after 9am for pick ups and working. City or HOA need to grease the swings in front of house, squeak all day and all night long. Pretty noisy spot 24/7. The grounds are well kept, a block from downtown, bedding was good. Fridge is new, sofa in comfy, smarts TVs are awesome. "

"Pros: location, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, smart tv's, pool (not as accessible this year due to covid)
Cons: deck furniture dirty & deteriorated and left residue on clothing, barbeque nasty looking, kitchen table only had 4 chairs this year instead of 6, screen doors in terrible condition and very hard to open, upstairs screen door fell off track on high wind day, vents throughout condo full of brown fuzzies, kitchen not stocked well - I brought large pots, measuring cups & spoons from home

Would like to see "cons" improved but would stay again."

"Had a great stay. Great location. Beds were comfy and living room was comfortable and well lit. We did bring our own DVD player as there is not one provided. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen could have used a bigger selection of cooking tools and the barbecue has seen better days. A few light bulbs were burned out and the refrigerator water was not hooked up for water and ice. Called the CVR office and everything was fixed the same day. Overall it was a very nice place and we are planning another stay next summer. "

"We had a wonderful vacation! Being right on the beach was so convenient.
The condo was also so close to all the restaurants and shops. It was nice to be able to park your car and walk to your nearby destination. The condo was clean and comfortable. We did have a minor ant problem but the manager was quick to get that problem solved. I would definitely recommend this condo. "

"We have been vacationing in Pismo for over 22 years now and LOVE staying in Pismo Shores! We always have a great time...the amenities are family oriented and it's great to be able to park the car and just walk everywhere!"

"The condo itself is well furnished and in a great location, on the beach and within walking distance of the pier. Overall we ad a wonderful vacation and loved the condo. The only complaint is that the housekeeping people who clean between guests didn't do the best job. But it was nothing that made our visit any less enjoyable. I would highly recommend this rental unit and we will probably be back next year for a month rental instead of just the week."

"We have stayed in this condo for the last two years. It is in a great location, being right on the beach. The bedrooms are free comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. It would be nice if there was extra linens for the beds and the back bedroom really needs a curtain to block some of the light. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing week at the beach."

"i really enjoyed this property. it has a great location and has great amenities. we stay at this property at least twice a year and have never had any problems. the only thing is some time the rental company can be a little short with you. but i have come to realize this is part of renting this space. i would highly recommend this property."

"This is a really nice place right on Pismo Beach. You can walk or bike just about anywhere, watch the sunset on one of the two balconies and enjoy the jacuzzi and pool!"

"Internet was not installed, as advertised, but CVR got it installed for me very quickly."

"LOVE the remodel they did on the PS 138. With the 2 full bathrooms upstairs, it made our stay easier! And I want details on the new flooring that was put in...I want to put it in my house!"

"The condo is located very near the entrance to the beach where there are swings. Every night, we were awakened to people coming out to use the swings anywhere from 12:00 am to 2:30 am!! Also, the gate to enter the grounds is very close and my children heard people coming and going all hours of the night!
Other than that, it was very enjoyable!"

"This unit needs some updating and minor repairs. The refrigerator door does not close completely unless pressed on. Many of the lamps need to be replaced or repaired. In one instance there was a potentially dangerous short in the switch. Overall a little TLC will do the job."
