This space includes the living room with ocean views, fireplace, and big screen smart TV, the gourmet kitchen, and dining area. Just off the kitchen is the large, private outdoor patio w/ charcoal Barbeque. Down the hall from the great room is a half-bath and the main bedroom suite. This primary bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower, and a deck with ocean views. Going back downstairs from the entry foyer you find the second full bathroom which has a shower/tub combo, the second and third bedrooms both with queen beds and one with an ocean view, as well as the garage where the washer, dryer, and wine fridge are located. House has soft water. The Home Owners Association does not allow any parking on the street.
