As someone with a disability and in a wheelchair, highly recommend the accessibility of the unit!
Lift is great, unit is roomy and easy to navigate with one bedroom and full bathroom on bottom level together with a lounge area, dining and kitchen.
Very friendly and helpful people that live around the unit, a great sense of community - a home away from home!
The owner and coastal vacation rentals were outstanding with any questions that needed addressing throughout the stay and also went above and beyond with the delivery of parcels throughout the stay! "

"We stayed here the second week of July with our family. The home is very spacious with two living rooms 3 full bathrooms that are great if you have kids. Great location to pier and food.safe parking lot which I believe had 7’4” clearance. There was a brave person with large suv and cargo case on the roof parked in there. We will be staying here again!"

"We stayed at the Tierra de Paraiso in Pismo and loved the location near the beach, pier, and downtown area. It was so relaxing being able walk to everything we wanted to do and not need to drive anywhere. The condo is beautifully furnished and the bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. We plan to return."

"The villa is nicely decorated and has all Thea amenities you need to be comfortable, clean and organized with 2 car garage down stairs, elevator is fast and you also have a small patio with a fire place outside but we didn’t get to enjoy, the HOA guy was there when we got there and he told us he is watching everything close, location is ideal really close to the beach and shops. There’s two business down stairs and the workers were really nice and offer free bike ride and free drink at the bar. The only down side is the construction next door made noise mid day and the balcony furniture was really dusty from the construction going on right next to the villa, no view to the beach it is blocked by a 3 story building now. The pictures didn’t show that on this website."

" The three bedroom three bath was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, And you can’t be in a more convenient location, ( no view), when the sun was up we were out and on the beach so didn’t miss a view. The check-in and checkout process was seamless, The staff was great and gave me lots of heads up. Bring your coffee, extra beach towels, and soap. We had a perfect get away and look forward to returning. A five on everything below."

"This is 40 yards from the sand. Downstairs there is a pub attached & beach needs convenience store. In the parking garage there is a shower for washing off sand. Across the street at the white hotel, there is live music in the lobby, where we had a great meal. "

"Couldn't ask for a better location! Walk to any venue in Pismo, restaurants, shops, the beach."

"This condo is extremely well appointed and in a fantastic, walkable part of Pismo Beach. It's sad that they're losing their view to the new hotel going in directly in front of it, but the condo is still extremely well appointed and in a great location. The view was very nice but not a deal breaker. Construction was going on during our stay, but the condo was well insulated and as long as the doors were closed, kept the noise down well. This is a great condo for family stays."

"Location, location, location! Steps from the beach, a short walk to restaurants and shops. This rental was a perfect family retreat with up-to-date accommodations and amenities in the unit. Everything a family would want on a weekend getaway can be found in this unit. Highly recommend it to anyone needing multiple sleeping units within one stay. "
