Gorgeous, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Avila Beach Condo. Highlights include: rooftop deck, gourmet eat-in kitchen, plenty of seating in the living area, fireplace, and garage parking for 1 vehicle. 245 San Miguel Sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms. Each bedroom offers generous closet space, ceiling fans, flat screen streaming-ready Smart TVs, and floor to ceiling windows for plenty of natural light. The primary bedroom also has a door that leads out onto the second floor deck, and the en-suite bath is a combination tub and shower. The full bath in the hall has a beautiful walk-in shower. The main living area is open and airy, a sliding glass door leads from the kitchen out to the second floor deck where the gas BBQ is located. The living room TV has cable via cable company smart TV App. Going up the spiral staircase from the BBQ area you'll find the expansive rooftop deck with plenty of furniture to make you, your family, and your friends comfortable. It's the perfect space for everything from morning coffee, to afternoon BBQ, to wine or cocktails under the stars. Additional amenities include full size washer and dryer. 1 Car Garage As of 5/23/24 The air conditioning system is currently experiencing an error and is indefinitely unavailable.

"Wonderful unit in adorable Avila Beach. Short walk to the promenade and beach area but not so close that you endure constant traffic. Unit was perfect for a family of 4 and decked out with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Property was clean and really looked nearly new with comfort all around. And whatever you do, don't discount the access to a dedicated parking spot.Would stay again in an instant."

"The location was prime to the beach and Front street! The place was immaculate and nicely remodeled. The downside was that when you walk up the stairs there’s a bad odor of cat urine in the walls or underneath the new flooring. There were candles but no matches, however, the candles weren’t scented so it didn’t help with the scent. It’s an old building so a scentsy that people have the option to turn on or fragrant candles would have been awesome!!"

"We have vacationed at Avila Beach for over 8 years. This was our first, stay at this condo. Access to the property was easy and we enjoyed our month stay at this location. There were several issues the first few days but they were handled promptly by the management company. The condo is a pleasant walk to the beach which enjoyed frequently. We also enjoyed the numerous eating establishments located on Front street and the Harford pier. We would definitely consider renting again for another monthly stay."

"Vacation Coast Rental was so easy to work with. Directions and check out was clear and easy. It was an easy walk to the beach. The only negative was that we needed to bring our own beach chairs and umbrella. When we've stayed at other beach properties, there were always beach equipment available to us. The kitchen was spacious and well appointed. The rooftop deck was a plus!"

"The condo location was great--easy to get to various hiking trails and restaurants by car and then convenient for walking into Avila Beach.

If you are allergic to perfumes, please let the management know. When we walked in, we needed to air out the condo because the perfumed cleansers. were really strong. (similarly the soaps)

Bring along your own food staples (nothing provided except salt and pepper) and recommendations about restaurants, etc. We enjoyed Blue Moon Over Avila (in town) and Ember (in Arroyo Grande)."

Bbq could be updated, would have liked more pillows with pillowcases and in Covid times it would have been nice to arrive to some windows being open for fresh air circulation. Dishwasher was difficult to operate for me we ended up hand washing all the dishes. "

"We liked this place and would rent it again however the heat was not working at all and it was cold and I might suggest giving out a little more soap, kleenex and instructions for the appliances. Otherwise it was a nice unit in a great location."

"Our stay 245 San Miguel in Avila was awesome. The location was perfect and home was spotless. The only thing I would recommend is that there is a welcome book created for the property. It was very difficult getting the cable and the tv to sink and work together. Each room's cable box had to be reboot each time it was turned on. Also, the soundbar in the living room would not sink and produce sound. A welcome book would also provide closeout instructions for the renters to make sure that they leave the house according to the specifications to ensure no additional cleaning charges are applied. If there could be more spices and some staples like olive oil and non-perishables and condiments that would have been a bonus. Lastly, an additional blanket or two would be nice for nighttime on the couch or evening on the upper deck. Other than that we had a blast. Thank you sooo much!!! "
