"This property was in an ideal location for trips to several beaches, parks, towns and tourist sites. The townhouse was clean and provided all the necessities. We loved being able to fix our own meals when we wanted to do so although the many great restaurants nearby had us eating out quite a lot. It was handy to have laundry equipment on site. I can easily and heartily recommend this vacation rental. "

"I had a wonderful time at this location. The place was close to many beaches . One within walking distance that allowed dogs. My family and friends that visited while I was there enjoyed the weather , location to events and the safety and quiet . We always had somewhere to go and something to do. The park, just a block away, was on the ocean .
The townhouse I had was bigger than I expected and was in a quiet neighborhood. I had 10 neighbors who were friendly when we crossed paths, which was infrequent. The laundry room was a real plus. I would stay here again next year if I am able. "

"The apartment smelled really bad. The carpets needed to be cleaned when I moved in. I put glade plug in every room and carpet fresh down before I vacuumed but it didn't get rid of the smell. Then they charged me extra for cleaning the carpets when I moved out on top of the normal cleaning fee and pet fee that they told me to expect. I spoke with other tenants while I was there. They were all disappointed in the quality of the apartments in relationship to the amount of rent we paid. Definitely not worth the money.
The walls are very thin and one neighbor reported being able to hear the man next door snoring through the wall. I had to keep loud fans and white noise machines at night to sleep. It was especially bad on the weekends.
The location was nice. It is very close to the ocean. The view from the nearby park is amazing. There is a nice little playground for children and they provide poop bags for when you walk your dog. However, don't be fooled into believing you have easy access to the beach. It is quite a dangerous climb that can only be accessed at low tide.
I loved living in the Pismo Beach area but I would definitely avoid this apartment complex."
