My one question is why cant this facility be rented by the month instead of three months at a time. I was able to rent it because someone in the office made a mistake. Why advertise it for monthly if you cant rent it. c"

"I was very happy we got the pleasure of staying in one of the newly remodeled townhouses! We did have to go out and buy a few things for the kitchen but everything else was provided which was nice! It was very important to us that this place is pet-friendly! We couldn't ask for a better location, just minutes away from the park and beach. Property management was awesome! They addressed any issues we had in a timely manner including getting our deposit refunded after we moved :) If the chance arises, we will stay again!"
