"Exactly as described. Close to beach & lots of restaurants. Elevator & parking makes it easy to come & go with ease. Quiet even on busy weekends. Friendly service wherever we went, both Pismo Beach & San Luis Obispo. Airport access is superb. "

"We had a great time! Casa Bella 307 was cute and fit our family of 5 comfortably. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing that would have made it better is if it had things like beach chairs, beach towels and beach umbrella to use while at the beach. Otherwise, it was within walking distance of restaurants, shops and a beautiful beach!"

"7/30/18 CBV condo 307 very nice with excellent view. A couple of items need attention:
Guest bathroom fan needs replacing; MB toilet not working properly; Guest bath
sink cold water faucet leaking. I’m sure Coastal Vacations and owner will be fixing these issues. Very nice place to stay. It is a non smoking building and quiet. It is not a “party” place which is appreciated."
