Clean, Comfortable, Quiet upper level vacation rental home above commercial office space just 2 blocks off the beachfront and boardwalk in Downtown Pismo Beach. You enter the property (keyless, code provided on arrival date) from a shared driveway area, where you can kick off your shoes and make yourself at home. Going upstairs you'll find yourself in the main living area staring out some French doors toward the Pacific Ocean. The living room features a large flat screen Smart TV, two large sectional sofas, and fireplace. Next to the living room you have the nicely sized eat-in kitchen with gorgeous butcher block top island, a built-in desk area with complimentary Wi-Fi, dining table that seats 8, and a wall of windows that overlooks downtown and out toward the beach and ocean. There is a separate, small deck on the front of the building overlooking Main Street toward the beach just off the dining area. The largest main deck starts here by the French doors off the back side of the dining room/kitchen with an area to set up a set of folding table and chairs (provided) perfect for sipping morning coffee or a sunset red wine, and run the length of the building past the living room and over above the garage. On the large deck space above the garage we have an outdoor sofa set with fire pit table, a set of dining tables and chairs, the gas BBQ, and a couple big umbrellas for all-day outdoor fun! Heading back inside and going down the hall from the living room we have two bedrooms with a Queen bed in each, outlets in the bedside lamps, and one bedroom has ocean views and the other overlooks a small private garden. Across the hall from the bedrooms is the laundry closet (only available for guests who book a 7+night stay) with full size washer and dryer. At the end of the hall is one of the two full bathrooms, this one has just a shower. The third bedroom and second bathroom are on the other side of the living room, past the octagonal window. The bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and each bunk has a full on the bottom with a twin on the top, this bedroom has a small deck/balcony facing north overlooking Main Street. Each bunk has a wall sconce with a light and outlets for charging. *This Property Has Air Conditioning* No pets allowed at this property. A camera is present at the unit's entrance.

"This was a really cool property right in the middle of downtown. It had everything we needed. Walking distance to tons of bars restaurants shops, the ocean and the big Pismo Beach letters for photo ops. The property is actually large enough to accommodate a lot more than 8 people but its also over a business so I imagine that’s why guest number is limited. The kitchen and living areas are on opposite sides of the bedrooms which is great for family members that want some quiet time. The toilet leaked at one point and someone and management was attentive and had it fixed timely. Would stay here again. "
