"This was a beautiful home with easy access to downtown Pismo Beach, the pier, shops, and restaurants. Plenty of space, and a clean, comfortable environment. The only suggestion we had was for the owner to re-tip their pool sticks that were obviously substantially worn down. But all in all, it was SO FUN!!"

You are only two blocks from the Pier and long walks on the beach. You will find lots to do in this area for all ages. They have plenty of parking and the unit has lots of space for everyone to spread out."

especially good for one of our families because it has 4 bedrooms and was able to accommodate one large family. This unit was clean and well-maintained. The location was excellent for the adults and the children. We would definitely recommend this unit and the other two units to a friend. "4 bedroom two story layout with two bedrooms on each floor allowed two families to have their own areas. Location was great only 3 blocks from the beach while also being located centrally off of Price. One area of improvement could be to accurately describe the contents in the kitchen as the description states it sleeps 12, but content (Plates / Silverware / etc.) does not support 12 people. Overall great time!!"

"We have stayed in this vacation rental property 4 times with our family of 11. The location is excellent because it is only 2 blocks up from the beach. We always find lots of activities to keep us busy for our annual long Fall weekend together. The house is clean and has everything that you need. We did have some issues with the management team this year. They were not very friendly and I felt I could have been treated better. "

"The condo is located in a residential neighborhood that is only two short blocks from the pier and all the restaurants in Pismo. The patio offers a great view of the ocean. Condo is exceptionally clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. Off street parking for two vehicles. Highly recommend. "

"This condo was spacious & well maintained. we had 10 family members so everyone had a place to sleep. I really like it has a living rm upstairs & one down. The kids migrated to the downstairs one & the adults enjoyed upstairs. Great views from upstairs. We had issues with the garbage disposal & Coastal Vacations had someone there right away. The guy who came was professional & did a great job of fixing it. My only suggestion is that many homes have a book where it gives you instructions for the TV, check out procedures, etc. I had to go find my contract in order to find out what we had to do when leaving the condo. Had a really hard time with the TV. It also was buffering all the time which isn't great when watching something - not any fault of the owners, I'm sure. All in all this was a great place to rent & we will rent it again the future. "

"Perfect size and amenities for group of 10. Used this location as a meeting place (14 people) during graduation. Very nice for this purpose. Location is great. Street parking during work hours (during the week) can be a little tough; and street can be loud, as cars accelerate up to the signal. But, all in all - great location. Property management may want to update the picture, as the lot next door now has a very large structure in place. Parking in the stalls can also be a little tricky, with anything larger than a subcompact or small SUV."

"Girls trip to the coast for a weekend. Property was large and very well located to town and the beach. it is sparsely furnished but has the essentials and was very clean. There is parking for two cars which is a must on a weekend in the area. My only complaint was the two twin beds were very uncomfortable - they need to be replaced."

"We LOVED this place. It slept 10 of us very comfortably with room for more (all beds were reported to be comfortable except the two twin beds which also squeaked whenever the sleeper moved (may just need WD-40)). Even the sleeper couch upstairs was reported to be very comfortable (we didn't use the downstairs couch). There was plenty of open space, both upstairs and down, for large gatherings for games and conversation (we had a total of 21 people there at times). The kitchen was very large and nicely accommodated meal prep. The kitchen needs a large pot or two for cooking - we had to fix spaghetti in a few small pots. We would definately stay here again."

"This is the second year we have stayed at this property for our family reunion. It is a nice home within walking distance to downtown and the pier. Large enough for 12 people. There were only a couple issues. We tried to use the BBQ and it had so much grease in the bottom that it just smoked and flamed up so we just shut it off. We tried to used the iron and someone before us had cut the cord off. I made management aware of the problems so I'm sure they will fix the issues. I would stay there again. I plan use coastal vacation rentals again next year. "

"My family of 10 enjoyed our stay at 361 Hinds. The two story 4 bedroom two bath condo was very comfortable. The kids loved the pool table. The location was perfect to the pier and all the shops. An easy walk yet far enough from the noise. The weather was cool so we did not use the fans we brought with us. The staff at coastal vacations was very friendly. I would stay here again in a minute.the condo was nice and clean and the washer and dyer were nice to have.

"The house was beyond comfortable for my group of 9 women. It had a nice view in the distance and was very close to the beach so we walked. Plenty of parking for the group and the house was stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Would stay there again!"

"I rented a 4bd house that sleeps 12 people. It was perfect for all 12 of us! We had plenty of space and the house was neat and clean. The only bad thing I would say is upon our arrival one of the pool sticks were broken so we only played with one. Other than that it was amazing! "

"The townhouse was very nice, lots of windows. There was plenty of room for 10 lovely ladies. I didn't enjoy taking the bags of groceries upstairs to the kitchen. The location was great for walking to the beach, shopping and exiting/entering the freeway. The driveway is a little small. When I visit again I want unit A, again . Good place for families too. Thumbs - up"

"there were 12 of us staying in the A condo. We were there the week of October 9th. Very hot week. The condo was everything we could hope for. We had 10 adults and 2 kids. The only issue I had was the lack of ceiling fans. Hot...but its was great. If were return to the area again, I would stay here. Thanks for everything.

"Hosted a bachelor party for 7 guys here, it was awesome. Proximity to the beach and restaurants was excellent and there was enough room for us to spread out each night. Pool table was in constant use and the balcony w/ barbecue was perfect for grilling and taking in the views. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing space for 8+ or more."

"The stay was great. The rental was in good order for one that gets a lot of use. Quick responses were answered for such things as an empty propane tank. The rental had the necessary supplies and equipment and everything was in working order. We were located in a fantastic place for down-town activities and close to almost everything we chose to do. "The only thing that was a slight bummer was the fact that it says the couches were sleeper sofas but when we went to open them up it said DO NOT USE. So one person just slept on the couch. Not a huge deal. Overall great stay"

"We had 10-12 people in this condo for a week. The location is great - people could walk to the beach, cinnamon rolls, restaurants, etc. We cooked most of our meals in the condo and brought a few key tools and pans, but it was well equipped with plates, cups, silverware and a good assortment of cooking equipment. The two hide-a-beds have a sign to not use them, but we did have kids sleep on the top of the sofas along with two airbeds. One of the airbeds lost air and it was taken care of quickly. The ice maker wasn't working and a part had to be ordered so that was a minor inconvenience. The condo was clean, the washer/dryer came in very handy, gas grill worked great and overall this was a very good rental for our extended family."

It was only two blocks from the beach and centrally located with LOTS to do in the surrounding area. "

"The location was perfect. You open the windows and you can smell the ocean breeze. You walk outside and in minutes you are at pier. Inside, place was well maintained. Four bedrooms provide ample sleeping space for you and your guests. there are pullout sofas but they have a sign that says not to use it, that they have an airbed in the closet ... but that airbed was never located in any of the closets but we made do with what we had available. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this location and would stay here again for my next visit."

"This was a great home for our large family. The management company is always easy to work with, this is our 3rd year renting from them. The dirt lot in front of this property is open for parking with a parking pass from the rental agency, a very nice feature since downtown Pismo parking is tough to come by. Comfortable beds and clean linens. The kitchen is always well stocked with utensils and dishware, all clean and ready to use. The pool table is a nice feature as well. Walking distance to all things Pismo Beach, location is wonderful. We've grown to love Coastal Vacation Rentals and will use them as long as we can!"

"Close enough to beach and stores for an easy walk, but far enough away from night time bar noise. Rental mgmt company very pleasant to work with. Forgot to mention pool cue chalk needed. Soft beds, plenty of towels, and room for 3 families to spread out. Plenty of kitchen dishes, etc., but must bring all basics like foil, spices, etc. BBQ sufficient. Also a sleep mask was helpful because of outside lighting. Convenient large storage closet for beach chairs, etc. Overall great rental and we would definitely go back."
