"We loved the location and convenience of this place. Newly updated. I had a couple issues. No extra blankets or throws. Had to call twice to get some. They were supposed to be delivered before the rental office closed-they weren't. Made another call and the woman sounded put out that I was asking for them after the office closed-they did deliver 2 blankes. Oven wasn't working and I was not notified even though the rental company knew of the problem. The floors were very dirty. Walked in socks and bare feet when we arrived and both were black from the floors. Also found trash under a bed."

"This location is great for the proximity to the beach and shopping however, when we first arrived there were a few code violations with regards to the smoke detectors missing in the main living area along with in the master bedroom, one of the outlet covers was broken potentially exposing wires to curious kids. I have reported it to the property management so hopefully that is remedied for future stays! But overall it was great! If you need measuring utensils I would plan on packing those. There is only a one cup measuring cup! We would stay here again!"

"We are back in the Hinds condos because the owner of the one we prefer has decided not to rent out anymore. It was perfect, but we understand. The first thing we noticed in “B” was the fact that the floor most likely had not been mopped. It was pretty gritty with sand, and our toddler’s feet were really black within seconds! I grew up by the beach and know it is not a condition that is unavoidable, it is from cleaning too quickly, and not mopping. The cooking utensils leave a bit to be desired as well. Our previous condo was better stocked with items to accommodate 9 people. Some upgrades should be made for the price! Views have been cut short by the new hotels at the boardwalk, but overall things were great as always."

"Condo is very spacious inside. Outdoor balconies are an added feature. So close to pier and restaurants. Garage space and additional space for parking a real plus!!!! "

"We rented this unit for one week along with 36l A and C for our family reunion. The three units exceeded our expectations. They were clean and well-maintained and perfect for the adults and children. It was easy to walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The reservation staff were very efficient and quickly responded to any needs we had. We would definitely recommend this unit and the other two to our friends. When We return to Pismo, we would like to be able to rent them again."

"Great property, close to beach and relatively roomy.However it was dirty (outside deck full of old bird ****) and floor made out feet black. Internet wa awfu, which they fixed the day before we left. If not for the maintenance issues, it was great."

"We rented this townhouse for an extended time, upon arrival the floors were dirty and the master bedroom smelled of vomit. We were inconvenienced by having to have the carpets cleaned during our stay, something that should have been taken care of before our arrival. We were given 5 keys and only 1 opened the door, I tried to get this fixed with the office, and they assured me they were taking care of it. In the end we were able to get a second key but that was all. Overall they have a lot of rentals to choose from but my family will not be a returning guest."

"We had such an amazing time in Pismo, this place was the perfect rental for our group of nine.Great location, walk to beach, coffee and restaurants. Had pleanty of space for all of us to hang out and be together. Has a BBQ on one deck and a great dining table on the top deck with amazing views. Would highly recommend this place and would definitly stay here again. My only recommendation would to have a set of spices to use to cook with."

"We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Place is very clean and centrally located in Pismo. Close to all restaurants, beach, wine tasting.

Kitchen is a bit light, bring your own condiments and any plastic wraps/zip lock bags for left overs when you cook. Bathrooms are equipped with small bars of soap and liquid hand soap. Plenty of towels in bathrooms and kitchen. No beach towels, makes sure to bring your own.

There was parking for two cars, one in a garage and one in a carport, otherwise street parking which is tight. Unloading the car requires one flight of stairs to the first floor.

Three bedrooms are upstairs, two with balcony views of downtown Pismo and the beach. The master bedroom is plenty big with a large bathroom and walk in closet. (Great space for a family bringing a baby). Second bedroom upstairs is a smaller room, still room for a crib or air mattress on the floor. Third room has three twin beds, one is a trundle. When all three beds are used, there is very little floor space in the room.

Dining and living room is plenty comfortable. Couch pulls out into a full size bed. A surprise full third bathroom is downstairs so anyone sleeping downstairs has their own bathroom.

"My husband wanted to get away for his birthday, so we decided on Pismo Beach after visiting SLO a couple of months back. We did. It prearrange this trip. It was spare of the moment. We arrived in Pismo 10 mins before the office closed on a Thursday. The guy that took care of us (sorry don't remember his name) was nice, took his time, and did not rush to get out of there.

The house we stayed in was awesome, clean, windows all around with great views, and the interior was great as well. Planning on renting again here in the future. "

"There were nine of us and everything was fabulous. We loved the views from every window. The rooms were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. The location is perfect very close to great restaurants the peer and shopping. We go every year and we will definitely use Rosalie Da Silva at Coastal Vacation Rentals again."

"Our family was very pleased with our experience at your units at 361 Hinds. They were all in great condition, clean and inviting. Some lights were burned out in Unit C in the T.V. area and above the large table. The shower soaps were so small, harder to use. We loved having Units B and C connected. The kitchens were very nice and bright. Close to the beach was helpful and convenient. Overall, a great place. The office workers were very kind and helpful. All in all, a great experience. "

"We rented this condo for our daughter's graduation from Cal Poly. It worked out perfectly as we had lots of relatives coming into the area to help celebrate. The condo was a great location to gather for the celebration. Very comfortable with great views of the beach! We especially enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and downtown to shop and eat (ice cream store just a block away). Everyone from pre-teens to grandparents loved it!! Also, it was just a short 10 minute ride up 101 to San Luis Obispo. We all had a great time and will definitly look into renting again for the next graduation!"

"Suggestion to have a binder in the home indicating where are things. Did see the note on the refrigerator. Had to look through the whole house to make sure there were enough towels for 9 people."

"However the property clearly needs a little more attention. The upper 2 bedrooms had no draperies on the front windows(we had to hang towels for privacy). Despite telling the office about that on the 2nd day, nobody came to fix it. Also the amount of cutleries
were not commensurate with the expected # of guests for that prperty. "

"We loved the unit but we found a couple of items we wanted corrected and nothing ever happened. We were missing a pillow case, found holes in a couple of the sheets and were provided one hair dryer that worked sporadically for 3 bathrooms. We brought this to the attention of the property management and never received the replacement items. Otherwise a great unit. We did appreciate the early check in and late check out. "

"We awoke every morning to a spectacular ocean view from the lovely condo. Upon arrival, it was spotless and the furnishings were very comfortable. The management company was professional and warmly helpful every step of the rental process. Parking at the condo was plentiful, for us and our guests who visited. We enjoyed walking to restaurants around the corner and loved being so close to the sand. We could not have found a better place to vacation."

Couch bed is quite uncomfortable; perhaps you could furnish an egg carton type covering to help. Check batteries in smoke detectors regularly to keep them working. Exhaust fan in upstairs bathroom off the hallway quit working one day. Overall unit was visibly clean & in good condition, but scrub floors more thoroughly & check to make sure propane is not empty."

"I rented 361 Hinds A, B, C and 341 Hinds during the Spring break with friends and families. We had a wonderful time. thank you. It is the 3rd year that I rented from Coastal Vacation Rental. The management is great and helpful. For sure, we will go back again."

"This condo has been a home away from home for us for many years. We have rented it during the summer and winter, both times we have never been disappointed. The only drawback is the lack of adequate cooking items to prepare meals for 9 people. Each time we have either had to bring our own pots and pans, or go to the local WalMart to buy pans of a proper size. The recent renovation (new carpeting) has really made a difference also. I would recommend this unit to everyone as a jewel in the heart of Pismo Beach. It is within easy walking distance of the beach, and any other place you would like to go in Pismo."

"We love the location, the view, the floor plan and even the management company who are very responsive. We were a little dissapointed about the general condition. Furniture and carpeting is getting dirty and stained. The tile floors were very dirty (bare feet turned black in minutes) and the supplies were a little short (classware, some cooking dishes, coffee filters, TP etc). TV remotes for B and C in the living rooms didn't exist or didn't match the TV. Regardless we will stay there agian."
