It was really comfortable and relaxing and the minute walk (max) to the beach was heaven. And, we were really surprised that the blow up bed was even comfortable! "The location was amazing! Just a very short walk to downtown Avila. Upon arrival, the parking lot is very small and parking my truck was a bit tricky. I was happy there was a spot provided because Avila has scarce parking. I had an issue with the management sending me the wrong code to the door, but that was quickly resolved with a hasty return call.

Positive:
- Apartment is clean with nice furniture.
- Kitchen is armed with everything you would need.
- Bathroom is clean with plenty of towels.

Negative:
- You can hear people talking in the next apartment over through a door that attaches the two.
- You can hear every step somebody takes in the apartment above you.
- No A/C only heat, only frustrating because outside of the apartment can get very loud with cars and people walking by the windows.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here, but sleeping was an issue when noisy neighbors were upstairs. We would stay again, but maybe get an upstairs unit for some peace. Management handled all issues very well and were a pleasure to work with. "
