"We have stayed at 910 Stratford for at least four various summers. We absolutely love this property: the view and the proximity to the beach are unparalleled.
Coastal Vacation’s management team is professional and personable. The house needed a few minor repairs and they sent someone out within a 1 or 2 days.
All was clean upon arrival, except the carpets. I didn’t call the management about that, because we didn’t want to give up a day. Regardless, we would recommended this property."

Stratford House

"We really enjoyed the house & location. We have stayed here three times and would have stayed next year, if it weren't for a miscommunication (our fault - not the management). During the 12 years we have been renting on the Central Coast, this management company is by far the best: friendly, professional and helpful. Their quick response to any concern is phenomenal. This year, they replaced a broken bed frame within one day. (on a weekend)."

"2019 was our third time to stay at the Stratford house & we will miss it in 2020.
Downtown Pismo, the pier, beach & ocean are a short walk down the hill.
The living room has an good ocean view & it was fun to watch the fireworks from the balcony. The staff at Coastal Vacation are professional, friendly, helpful and quickly respond to any issues or questions that came up. Barstools & futon could use some repairs, although we didn’t request that, while staying there."

"The view in this property was outstanding. The property management team went out of there way to help accommodate a last minute change from the original property that we rented due to some problems. The kids loved the downstairs game room. The property did have some broken items and the furniture was somewhat mismatched and worn (which is not that unusual for rental properties). Overall, we enjoyed ourselves very much and have been renting from this agency for the last three years. They have always taken care of us. Thank you!"
